Our Equipment List

S.C. Manufacturing, Inc. is a subcontract machining company providing Industry in the US & Canada with CNC machining services. We have been assisting companies both large and small with their out sourcing requirements for over thirty years.

With over 98,000 square feet of floor space in our four plants, over (65) CNC machine tools and over twenty auxiliary machines, we can produce the highest quality components for all of your manufacturing needs.

Our Plants No. 1 & 3 are conveniently located at the I-76/Gilchrist Rd. interchange on Akron’s east side; Plant No. 2 & 4 are located in the Akron Municipal Airport Industrial Park.

QUALITY

We have been assessed and certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards by Smithers Quality Assessment, Inc. Our certification number is 03.008.6.

Inspection equipment includes:

	(1) Microstar Coordinate Measurement machine with Geomet 300 software. 40” x 30” x 25” measurement envelope.
	(1) Faro Arm - Portable Measuring Device, 8ft cube (CMM Portable Arm)

PRODUCTION

S.C. Manufacturing utilizes an integrated production scheduling and control system running on networked Personal Computers to insure that our customer's delivery requirements are met. Additionally, we have an in-house staff of programmers using state-of-the-art CAM software for generating the machine control programs. Our production equipment includes the following:
